International reference in culinary training
It isn’t a coincidence that the most important and leading centre on a world level in food and gastronomy is located in Euskadi: the Basque Culinary Center. A unique project which features the Faculty of Gastronomic Sciences attached to Mondragon Unibertsitatea and a Research and Innovation Centre in Food and Gastronomy.
This academic centre has the mission of developing the social and economic potential of gastronomy in the broadest sense of the word by offering advanced training, as well as the possibility of researching, innovating and promoting gastronomy and food. Because nowadays, gastronomy means power, pleasure, quality, health and sustainability.
