First technological centre of gastronomy in the world
The Basque Culinary Center has its own Research and Innovation centre. The BCC Innovation is the first technological centre specialising in gastronomy in the world and is focused on the creation of new products and services.
It is here where cuisine and science coexist. With regard to health, quality, sustainability and the economy they try, through research, to respond to new challenges faced by gastronomy, the hospitality sector and the food industry in the 21st century.
All of the safeguarded by the BCC’s technological centre is aimed at guaranteeing the sustainability of the food and gastronomy sector in Euskadi, its growth and international leadership.
